“Even after thousands of hours of client sessions, I still gain great satisfaction from seeing clients achieve their goals and making the changes they deserve.”
Every habit you have acquired; The level of emotional reaction you show in any situation; The way you respond to praise or criticism; The rational or irrational approach you have to any given circumstance; All these processes are ‘hard-wired’ into your brain. For better or worse that is who you are. It is these hard wired processes or bad habits that hypnotherapy assists you in changing them for beneficial habits or processes.
The mind – body connection also extends to any physical conditions from which you may be suffering. Hypnotherapy has been shown to lower the levels of stress hormone which can be associated with these physical problems. This in turn helps the body to return to a more harmonious balance.
I view hypnosis from a down-to-earth scientific point of view. This rational, logical approach, I believe, gives my clients a well grounded basis from which they can make the changes they desire. Please see the specialties for more details of my work. Hypnosis offers great results as a stand alone therapy as well as being used as a complimentary process in conjunction with numerous healing modalities. If hypnosis seems like a process that will help your situation please contact me for a thirty minute free consultation to discuss any further details you may wish to discover.
“I had a fear of flying for ten years. It was so bad I would stop at a gas station on the way to the airport in order to throw up. Then, when I got to the airport I would drink a fair amount of alcohol just so I could get on the plane. The rest of the day after my arrival was a right off. I had two sessions with Raymond and have been fine ever since. So far I have been on four flights with no problems. Thanks Raymond.“
